I have configured a Transaction iView for BEx Workbook in our Portal.
Portal: 7.0
Transaction: RRMXP
GUI Type: SAP GUI for Windows
Technique: SAP Shortcut File
When user clicks on the iView, the shortcut file gets downloaded, SAP GUI Opens and BEx Analyzer is launched as expected. But every time you click the link a new SAP GUI window opens which is annoying.
Ø Is there a way to make the iView use the same SAP GUI that is already open?
There is a note “975004” which limits the number of sessions to 6. I want only one GUI to be opened. Is it possible?
