ESS payroll form 16 screen output without connection to user

HI,

I am working on nw portal 7.3

Here facing the issue with form 16 in ESS payroll.

When I clicked on form 16, error prompt as below:

"Screen output without connection to user"

error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE

What is the root cause of this error. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
