We are facing some issues in Biller Direct. Our R/3 Version is ECC 6 EHP5 and we are on NW Portal 7.3 We have deployed the Biller Direct package in the J2EE engine . Also, the SSO between the backend and J2EE stack is established. All the necessary XCM configurations are done. When we login to BIller Direct , we get the following error :
A general problem has occurred within the logon. The error message is: {0}.
In NWA , log viewer shows the following error message :
A JCo client for user "testaeh5" could not be constructed. You can find additional information in the trace file under location com.sap.fin.webbase.ConnectionManager. See also SAP Note 787373.
The following users have been cerated in R/3 :
- BD_REF (Reference User with SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW access)
- BD_POOL (Communication User with SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW access)
The user who is trying to login in Biller Direct exists in the BD UME and in R/3 . This user has been assigned the reference user BD_REF . This user is a dialog user in R/3
Please let us know if we are missing any configurations . We have no idea on this .
