I am facing similar situation as mentioned in the following blog http://scn.sap.com/thread/1516442 posted by Nikesh earlier. I have gone through the blog and still unable to find any solution.
Let me tell you ,I have a few third party websites which are to be integrated in our SAP portal. A standard SSO should be introduced among them.
I need to configure our SAP Portal in a standard way as simple as possible. Our client has asked not to use advanced SSO such as Kerberos of SAML, only Basic Authentication, HTTP Header kind of authentication is intended here.
If you have any idea about this scenario with EP 7.3 please share with me.
