KMC Mail not giving the user name for deletions

Hi,
I have configured the Email subscriptions for KM Rooms according to the http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/KMC/Configuring+KM+Subscriptions.
I get subscription emails for any chnages to the documents in a room, but i noticed that for the deletion operation, the subscription email  has the value "unknown" for changed by and changed on in the subject line. I face this problem only for deletion operation. And for the rest of the operations such as Creation, Rename etc, the emails are coming correctly with the correct user name.

Im on Portal 7.02 SP11.
