Could you please help me on the below issue ?
When we click on any link in MSS, users are getting blank page.
We as admins checking the personalisation data and removing them against that user under PCD -> Principle -> User name.
Then the issue is getting resolved.
1) Why only some users are getting those personalisations , not all ?
2) What is the background mechanisam of storing those personalisations in portal?
3) What is the permanant fix for these kind of issues where we need to delete the personalisitons setting then only the issue is resolved temporarily ?
