We are getting runtime error while accessing the KM folder for sometimes. The exception is,

According to the exception id i tried to findout the exception in the default trace file and i got the below trace file,

I tried to recreate the same exception while accessing the KM folder in portal but i am unable to recreate the same issue.
We are working in SAP NW 7.3 SP07. Please help me on regarding this issue.
