Error when restricting single values in Hierarchy Object

Dear Experts,

I am facing a very critical issue, please help me to solve this.

Error:

When restricting a Hierarchy object with single values in the global filter(Bex), the report in portal throws an error.

But after removing the global restriction, the report runs very fine.

In either way the report is running fine in Bex analyzer. I am finding this issue with portal only.

• An error occurred when getting data from the processor.
• Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method : UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION.
• "DATAPROVIDER" of type "QUERY_VIEW_DATA_PROVIDER" could not be generated.

System specification:

BW                    -   SAP_BW    7.31 SP7

Enterprise Portal -   EHP1 for SAP Netweaver 7.31 SP7
