Can't modify properties of Portal Component

Hi everyone!

When I open any of my Portal Component's properties I'm unable to click on the "Modify Properties" button. Here's the warning I get:

"The master language of this object is not the same as your user language, therefore some editable properties may be read-only. The master language of this object is , and your user language is English. Change your user language to edit these properties."

I have seen on older discussion that the proposed solution can be found in SAP note 1531349, which is unfortunately no longer available.

Does anybody have another solution?
