Unclickable WorkItems in UWL

Hi experts,

I would like to ask for your help regarding my issue with UWLs.

Basically I have two testing environments.

On my first QA Portal, WorkItems inside my UWL can be seen and opened;

unlike on my second QA Portal where newly generated WorkItems do not appear in the UWL and already existing WIs in that UWL are unclickable.

I have already checked for their configurations and confirm that both are connected to the same backend and both xml files for the UWLs are also uploaded.

Please advise on what else I need to check.
