I have tried just about everything I can think of with this one. I have added the sites to trusted sites, java's exception list.. yahta yahta - you name it. Please help me out. When I log into the portal I can click export to excel and a blue circle runs around for about 2 seconds then just disappears. After that the export to excel button (when I run my mouse over it) reads javascript void 0 or something similar. When I click it again, nothing happens, same for the rest of the buttons on there. We are able to export to excel on a different computer and I have checked the settings of that computer and matched them to my best ability on this computer and no dice. Please help, ive put in a support ticket to International Paper - the company we are trying to get the info from and that was Friday to no avail.
