Hi Experts,
We have upgraded our SAP NW EP from 6.0 to 7.31 SP4.
In my previous version every thing was working fine and now my problem is, we face a strange behaviour in portal. That is we have some Java Application iView, Standard SAP, URL and Transcation iViews.
So whenever I try to open the portal, am getting the Portal Runtime Error with some exception Id for some particular content. But If I refresh the content, I dont get the display of runtime error and every thing is fine. Also this runtime error is not permanent occurance.(ie) I'm not getting this run time error always, sometimes it occurs and sometimes it's working fine.
I have attached the log files and portal view for further reference.(Guess log file is of no use, bcz if I refresh the content every thing is working fine)
Moreover most of my applications are greyed out and am not able to select or click on it.
Is this the problem related with upgradation or any mismatching of patches?
Experts, please help me to overcome this problem.
