Personalize user profile in Masthead

Hi Experts,

Need your help in getting an issue resolved-

Let me put down my requirement clearly.

Navigate to

1. Personalize -> User Profile-> Modify

2. Fields Non Editable - Password, Name and email id

3. Fields Editable - Form of Address, Language, Activate Accessibility Feature and Security

Currently all the fields are coming Editable. But it should be non editable for Password, Name and Email id and editable for the rest as mentioned above.
