Portal PAR - No templates to display. You are not assigned to any existing templates.

Hi Guys,

               I am trying to integrate UI5 iView in to the Portal.

While Creating iView the PAR template shows blank screen with the message - No templates to display. You are not assigned to any existing templates.

I have the content Admin roles assigned to me.

Any one comes across this issue..?
