Working with portal URL's

Hi all,

We are on portal 7.0 and its an external facing portal.

The url that gets displayed in the browser is not readable

Ex:

http://host name:port/irj/portal/anonymous?NavigationTarget=navurl://c4b79f15e55f98176905a7c2c7d910ee

We require url should be in the form of

EX:http://hostname:port/irj/portal/anonymous?The Current Page Name or Iview Name

I mean that when i go into a page  the URL Should be the Page or View name not a system Generated URl.

Please Guide me for possible solutions....
