Passing Logon Language Dynamically to Start SAP Transaction

Hello All,

I need to start an SAP transaction by passing logon language to a transaction iview at runtime. I have followed below link:

To complete the above mentioned procedure, there is need to done following configuration(described in above document):

"Start the Service Configuration within the System Administrator role. Navigate through the tree

to Applications -> com.sap.portal.appintegrator -> Services -> Common_Configuration

and open the Configuration Editor using the context menu. Find the property

Use_CustomerExit_ParameterProvider and set it to true"

As I am working on EP 7.3, I am not able to find "Service Configuration" in 'System Administrator'.

How do I do it in 7.3 version?

Is there any other way to achieve this requirement?
