System object connection failed

Hi,

I had created a system obj .There when i am testing with user by giving username and passowrd it is getting below error.

com.sapportals.connector.connection.ConnectionFailedException: Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not initialize physical connection. Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not initialize physical connection. Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not create JCO connection. Connect to SAP gateway failed Connection Parameters.

I have tested SSO it is working fine  .
