SomProviderConnector in Portal 7.3 not working

Hi,

I have created one 'SomProviderConnector' type of connector in Portal 7.3 for SAP Office Inbox notifications to appear in UWL. But even though this connector is active, no notifications appear under 'Notifications' tab in UWL.

Can you please tell me if I need to do some more configurations.

If I execute the 'Display Connection Status' option in UWL, it shows the status of AdhocConnector, ActionInbox and WebflowConnector but it doesn't show the status of SomProviderConnector.

Please advise.
