Error in Portal

Dear expert,

I met a portal error as below:

Invalid Response code (401). Server [http://server:port/SAPControl.cgi] returned message [Unauthorized]. Http proxy info:  none

The detailed message is attached

I already did the correct SLD configuration in EP.

Please help on this or suggest some method to deal with it.
