I am configuring UCES and have encountered an issue. Under the Open Bills tab, when I try to view a pdf of the open item, it will not display. What could be the issue?
During move-in, whenever I enter the postal code and device #, the address that comes up on the next screen is correct except for the Country and Region. It autopopulates with Germany. When I hit the "previous page" tab and then proceed, the field for country and region repopulates with the correct data as it is seen in ECC.
