MDM_Web_UI upgrade SP10 to SP12

Hi Experts,

When MDM upgrades MDM_Web_UI to SP12 from SP10, would Enterprise Portal be affected?  Just want to know if there are checks needed on EP side to make sure that the upgrade won't affect the applications.
