Portal Custom Framework page in 7.3

Hi All,

  i would like to customize our sap portal in such a way that looks like a web site.

the every first thing , i would like to know how to customize the portal framework page ,. (Esp the Ajax framework page - I'm using NW 7.3 )

• Please let me know which/where to get the WAR File to customized the framework page. ?

• Second  main question is , normally in any website we have the layout something similar ""css float "",  to below  image.

        <-------Left Space ------->{{ ACTUAL CONTENT }} <----- Right Space --->   

  Could someone let me know how to achieve this kind of styling effect on my portal layout .

  Any help would be greatly appreciated..
