How do I change the KM subscription dialog?

Hi,

is it possible to change the dialog where I can add a subscription for a KM document?

This dialog is a sub dialog of the KM properties dialog and can be accessed via (KM document) Details -> Settings -> Subscription.

Our Portal is 7.4.

I need to disable or remove the option to change the receiver as users should only

be able to add subscriptions for themselves and not for other receipients.
