NWDS 7.3 deployment issue

Hi Experts,

I am facing a wired issue. I am using NWDS 7.3 to deploy custom ear files to portal 7.4.

The deployment showed successful in NWDS. However, when I checked the server directory, all the files in the folder are marked 10/3/2014, which was my very first deployment. I did undeployment, but the folder were there without deleting even though it showed successfully removed in NWDS.

What cause the issue? I have been removed the WAS and added back in NWDS multiple times. The connection seem fine.
