Difference between two BEx Web Application iView templates are SAP BW 3.x Format and SAP NetWeaver 7.0 format

Hi Guys,

I want to integrate BI reports into portal 7.02 SP05

but im confusing which template i can use.

Can please guide me and  what base we can decide to go with a particural template.

iview template 1 : BEx Web Application iView ( SAP BW 3.x Format )

iview template 2 : BEx Web Application iView ( SAP NetWeaver 7.0 format)
