Good afternoon
We have some users who cannot open an attachment when they click the item in the UWL. No error messages. The SAP Circle is showing for a moment...then nothing happens.
Tests we did -
1) The user can open the attachment when accessing the backend via SAPGUI.
2) The user can open the attachment when accessing the backend via WEBGUI. EG: http://sapq01.waternoil.com:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-client=400
3) We have compared AD Groups and could not find differences between users that can and cannot.
4) We have checked backend roles....
5) This is user related
Has anyone had the same problem before......any solution?
