Hello All,
I am taking care of Enterprise Portal for our client.
We are facing an issue where few users are able to export the time recorded report to local file from portal in manager self service and few users are unable to export the file.
When they click on the continue button, nothing happens and the pop-up also does not working. Below, I have pasted the screen shots.
What could be the reason behind this ? Is there any authorization has to be maintained for this or could be a browser issue ?
