LDAP attributes to sap portal

Hi all,

we are on sap portal 7.31 sp 07 and our ume is configured to LDAP . we have a requirement saying to display the manager details and direct reporties  in LDAP to portal .

How can we achieve this using UME API. i have used Apache Directory studio  to load the user information  in LDAP system but i couldn't get required attributes.
