We've just implemented a SRM scenario for one customer.
The users login to an existing portal using client certificates (HTTPS).
Within the portal there's a connection to the SRM backend system (depending on roles), the url being ./sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/powl.
For the portal system-object SAP_SRM we had to change to HTTPS connection to make SSO work, the SRM system's self-signed certificate is distributed to clients as a trusted CA. SSO works fine and seemingly so does using both HTTP and HTTPS, however, within the SRM-webdynpro's and MDM-catalog dynpro's some hyperlink's does not work. This is the case: When using HTTPS for the WEBAS of portal system-object SAP_SRM, some links does not work when end-user connects using HTTP. When switching to HTTP for the above portal system-object, the same links doesn't work when end-user connecting through HTTPS.
My question is, is there some way to make everything work (all hyperlinks) regardless of protocol ?
