Enable Attachment in MSS Portal

HI Experts,

I have a requirement to enable attachment upload in my portal MSS component. Similiar to Add attachment functionlity in PA20 transaction. The user will be uploading multiple files. They are to be stored and getched back when the user clicks on view attachment.

Please let me know on how we can achieve this functionality.
