We are facing the below Shown error where when we tried to Upload a File using URL I-VIEW.

we are now in 7.3 version and i have cross checked the file format twice and it is same as in Production Portal.
Q) when two service for the same is in active will it behave like this or is there any other specific issue.
I Have even Deactivated the Old Service based on the Upload in the T-code SICF but still i am getting the same error.
Kindly let know if some one faced / have an answer for this.
