Hi all,
Basis need help here. Currently we have an issue where Portal is causing the dialog sessions of SRM backend to be full. This caused users unable
to run any transactions as they are in queue waiting for dialog process to be full.
We have checked and the dialog process full is caused by WF-Batch jobs. The functional consultant and he pinpoint which SRM transactions that are being initiated by Portal uses causing the dialog processes to be full.
We checked in Portal --> System Administration --> System Configuration --> UME Config --> ABAP system, that the connection is only pointing to CI and load balance isnt enabled.
Can anyone share how to enable load balancing?
