We have configured the Broadcast Messaging functionality in SAP Portal 7.4 by referring the blog
Broadcast Message in Enterprise Portal BCM
Note that the sample Broadcast iView is used by us currently as mentioned in the blog above.
When a new message is created and broadcasted the polling animation appears and user has to click on the icon to see what the message is. We need to make the display of the message automatic to the user i.e the user need not click on the icon when the new message is available. It should be displayed directly to the user.
Is there any way to achieve it using configuration and if not which application should be changed, pls suggest.
