Creating BEx Query iView in Portal

Hi Guys,

               I am creating an BEx Query iView in Portal with Query string as <Infocube>&query=<Query Name>

is the query string info is right ? or should I have to give infocube=<infocube>&query=<Query Name>

I am getting following error

check whether service /irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.ip.bi.web.portal.integration.launcher is active in transaction sicf
