html Editior Icons not displaying in portal 7.4

Hi All

I am unable to view the ICONs in the XML Editior,

I made setting in KM under utilites and HMTL Editior and checked to allow only basic formating ,but still its not refelecting Icons ,

Can you any one let me the exact settings for displaying of ICONS .
