WebDynPro application rendering without formatting

Hi All,

Need your help.

We have NW 7.4 consumer portal federeated with ECC 7.4.

The problem is sometimes WebDynPro Java and Abap applications like UWL, ESS/MSS appear without custom theme.

We have a very large user base, out of thousands users we get 3-5 such cases every day where application appear without formatting.

We are not able to figure out any set pattern, thats why we are not able to reproduce it.

I would provide some pertinent information here:

1. The problem occuring since ECC upgrade from 7.1 to 7.4.

2. We used old theme to create new theme after ECC upgrade.

Any help would be much appriciated.
