Hi,
Is there a way to post a downtime notification on the portal login screen to inform users, for example, when we are doing maintenance or a support pack upgrade where the portal functions are not going to be available, especially when the back-end system is also not going to be available for an extended period of time? How can this be implemented for the portal, perhaps a Java application?
Note: Notifications should appear on portal login page, when the portal server down?
