We are facing similar issue "the standard mode is not supported for document mode less than 8 (Note 1970689)" while accessing EP trasactional iviews.
This issue we are facing since we have upgraded to SAP 731 SP19.
We approched almost all the methods mentioned on SCN, however not working.. Changed App parameters at EP level as well.
Finally we have come up with temprory solution by pressing F12 after loging into EP and changed browser mode to sap-ie parameter with the value EmulateIE8.
Also we have tried SAP Note - 1713259 - PRT support for HTML5 doctype .. Dint work.
But we can not ask user to press F12 everytime they login into EP.. we are looking for permanent solution to it.
Is there any EP expert/Admin or anybody experience BI expert who could help us with it.
