we are reimplimenting our current crm(5) system to crm(7.oehp3) in the SAP ECCOMERCE channel scenario.Along with CRM we are also moving to newer versions of other systems too ..like ECC,CRM ISA, EP, MSS,ESS,JAVA etc. So is there any guides available to do reimplementation successfully.Kindly let me know..Now we are in the technical upgrade stage.
