How to manually create a userid in EP Portal.

We have EP portal with LDAP is configuration.I am able to see the

deactivated users from active directory (in user administrator).

We have the following query :-

1.How to manually create a userid which exists in the deactivated user

list in the active directory.

2.How to change LDAP user password through EP Portal.
