Hi Experts,
When we create substitution rule from portal and refresh/open the substituion page again the rule it is not visible in portal.
We are facing this issue with only one user.
The substituion rule although gets updated in backend table HRUS_D2.
Please suggest what can be the reason we are facing this only for one user.
