Hi all,
I have SAP EP portal 7.3 ehp 1, I have the same configuration in development and production environment, but the portal navigation in production environment is very slow and the users can't work because some time we have timeout error.
I can see the jstart process consumes a lot of CPU (98%)
I have defined a custom desktom with its themes, I have tested in a portal clon of production Portal and if I use only the framework default page the portal navigation is more fast.
Somebody have a any idea where is the problem? I dont understand because the same configuration is working correctly in development environment...
