Reg: SAP Biller Direct Logon screen

Hi Experts,

I am new to Portal all together and i am trying to work on BIller Direct.

Task: I need to add few static text on the login screen of Biller Direct.

Issue: I am not able to find where this Login screen source JSP file is located or what is the name of the file? i see one "Content_Logon_HTML.jsp" file but i believe this is not the one as i tested by giving a static text as input, it does not reflect.

1. Can the logon screen be edited in Biller direct?

2. if yes,what is the name of the JSP file and where its located? not able to find this page unlike other pages of biller direct in NWDS.

Request help in this regard.
