The below URL is the link that takes our users to reset the password.
The error output currently is " User Information incorrect. Cannot Send E-mail." I would like to modify this error message with more details. Has anyone done this and where this JAR file is located. Also, please see attach file with screen shot as to what i'm referring to.

Also, how can I allow a space character to be taken when the user input their information to be verified by system. Currently if they inadvertently hit the space key right after they enter their info to be verified in any of the fields an error is generated indicating information is incorrect.
My goal is either add more details on the error put to indicate check spelling of name and if there's any space before or after whatever they've typed in or enable the system to accept a space character.
Advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
