We need to integrate SAP portal search with sharepoint. For this, we have created a service which is invoked by sharepoint to get the search results. Now, we have a requirement wherein we need to mask the portal application URL and display only the portal URL (http://host:port/irj/portal ) instead of complete application URL(http://host:port/irj/portal?NavigationTarget=applicationPath) when a user clicks on search results from sharepoint. The idea is to prevent users from bookmarking the application as the application URL can get changed in future.
