Issue with support -->Support Desk --> Portal Runtime --> Browse deployment

Hello,

 

I am facing a strange issue where the user having the administrator rights able to login to portal but when user navigate to

support -->Support Desk --> Portal Runtime --> Browse deployment, portal ask for User name and password.

 

on entering the user name and password the login screen remains and nothing happens.

 

I am not trying to understand why portal is asking for user id and password.

 

Urgent help is required.

 

Please help!
