Cursor issue after NW 7.4 upgrade

Hi Experts,

We have recently upgrade our SAP Portals to NW 7.4

When we use the SAP Streamline Theme with Classic Framework Page, the  Cursor is visible as a pointer in Chrome where as in IE its visible with hand symbol.

Our requirement is to display hand symbol both in IE and Chrome. Can you please suggest with the solution if any of you faced the same issue.
