Hi Experts,
I am trying to add my AS JAVA server from NWDS but I am getting the below error.

We are using NW 7.3.
Steps I Did
1. I check with my admin team and verified the information that I have entered.
2. Also confirmed with the team the port is open.
3. Tried to TELNET the port from command prompt in my system command prompt and the TELNET succeeded.
4. Checked the proxy setting and found we are using a PAC file for proxy configuration which has a long list a rules.
(So I tried with all possible proxies that the PAC file will return but to no result).
I am stuck at this and our development is getting impacted because of this.
Please let me know how I can proceed on this for further troubleshooting and what I should do to resolve this.
