Logging the Activities of the User in Biller Direct

Hi All,

I've followed the below help URL to configure the logging of web user activities in Biller Direct.

I am able to view the customer's logged activities using transaction FISPLOGDISP in FICA but I am unable to view the Display Activity History Tab when I log on to Biller Direct for the same customer (Business Partner).

The parameter SHOW_ACTIVITY in the UserInterface component is already set to yes in XCM.

Has it something to do with the Roles & Authorizations assigned to Reference User or is there some other reason behind the tab not getting visible..

Any pointers will be highly appreciated.
