Error occurred: class javax.resource.spi.EISSystemException: Could not retrieve portal system for MDM with alias 'MDM_Alias' and portal user 'user'

Hi,

When we preview the MDM standard iViews, we are getting the below error.

Error occurred: class javax.resource.spi.EISSystemException: Could not retrieve portal system for MDM with alias 'MDM_Alias' and portal user 'user'. Original exception: Can not connect with UserSessionContext to repository 'Vendor' on the server 'xxxx.com'., error code: GetMdmSystemFailed (see log for details)

The system object which is created in portal for MDM is also failing. All the details are correct for the system object. We created a new system object after upgrading the portal to 7.4 from 7.0.

Please help.
